Skin is one of the most important organs of our body. It is the largest organ which adds a beauty and protects the internal parts of the body. A beautiful soft and shining skin symbolizes the healthy person.

You need to take care of your skin and always keep your skin away from infections. This will help you to look beautiful.

Here are some precious tips which will help you to maintain your skin shining and smooth:

  • Water is the most important constituent to the body and therefore you should drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. This will help your skin to moisturize.
  • Always keep diet healthy and balanced. Eat more nutritious food with more of Vitamin A and Vitamin C this enriches the skin.
  • A glass of water mixed with honey is good to keep your skin shiny and smooth.
  • You can even have the skin massage with milk and this will prevent your skin from drying.
  • You should keep your room temperature mild to avoid the skin dryness.
  • Use a Luke warm water and mild soap while bathing.
  • Do not dry your skin with a rough towel. Use gentle towel to dry the skin.
  • Add plenty of fruits and raw vegetables to your diet and this will prevent the scaly skin.
  • Cucumbers prevent the wrinkles on the skin.
  • You can use lotions with hydroxyl acid and salicylic acids.
  • Scrub your skin with the walnut or apricot to remove the dead skin.
  • In winter use gloves to protect the skin from getting chapped.
  • Wash your face with face wash in the morning and before to bed.
  • If you were a makeup remove it before you get on to bed.
